Our Mission:
The Hero Fund NYC's purpose is to honor Detective Lee's memory by supporting causes that embody his legacy and the virtues he lived by. These include:
Providing scholarships and recreational opportunities to youth and young adults interested in law enforcement or community service.
Sponsoring educational, vocational, and social events for youth and young adults to help them develop skills and build confidence and community.
Supporting law enforcement explorer programs and similar initiatives.
Our organization’s values are those of Detective Lee:
